Our Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your course within 14 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund. This period includes weekends and bank holidays and begins the day we receive your payment.
If you prefer, you may request to apply the full value of your payment as account credit towards a different course instead of receiving a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please email our Accounts team at admin@chasebusinessschool.com with the following:
“I [FULL NAME] request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for order/invoice number [INSERT ORDER NUMBER].”
If you’d prefer to transfer your payment as credit to a different course, please let us know which course you’d like to transfer to.
When Refunds Are Not Available
We cannot offer a refund if more than 14 days have passed since your payment.
The CMI Registration Fee is non-refundable once your enrolment has been processed with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Current CMI Registration Fees are listed here.
Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We understand that unexpected life events happen. Refunds outside of the 14-day window may be considered in exceptional cases, such as serious illness or bereavement. Requests will be reviewed by our Management Team and must include relevant evidence. Decisions are made at our discretion and are final.
Refund Process and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued via BACS (bank transfer) to the original payee. We do not issue refunds via card or cheque. You may be asked to verify your identity and bank details as part of the process.
Respectful Conduct During Refund Requests
We’re here to help and treat every request with care. We ask that all refund requests be made respectfully. Aggressive, threatening, or defamatory communication may lead to the suspension of your request pending review.
