Course content
Learners must complete the following unit to a minimum of 100 TUT hours, 10 credits to achieve this qualification. The minimum GLH is 30 hours.

Professional coaching delivered to teams is a strategy increasingly used by organisations to support and develop their staff. Through the process of working with a Professional Coach, the team and its members are able to benefit from the wisdom and experience of each other. On successful completion of the unit, Professional Coaches will understand the principles of professional team coaching and will be able to plan, deliver and manage coaching for teams.
